Incentives

New Mexico provides a number of incentives for businesses that want to expand their existing operations or want to locate in NM. Two of the most popular incentives are Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) grants and Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP) funds. These programs offer cash reimbursements for land, buildings, infrastructure, or for the training of your NM workforce.
